4 x 25 build to sprint, 10 secs rest
3 x 500 CONTINUOUS and without clock as:
100 all out sprint, 100 easy
75 all out sprint, 75 easy
50 all out sprint, 50 easy
25 all out sprint, 25 easy
1 min rest in between each one.
