The Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer announced SUGOI as a national sponsor for the annual cycling fundraisers in Ontario, Alberta, Vancouver and Quebec. Sponsorship dollars from the international cycling apparel brand will enable more dollars raised by Ride participants to fund life-saving cancer research, treatment and care programs across the country.
“For over 25 years, SUGOI has been recognized as one of the world’s renowned brands in cycling apparel thanks to our technical advancements and product designs,” said Kyle Weiner, President of SUGOI.
“The Ride to Conquer Cancer is Canada’s largest cycling fundraiser, so we are thrilled to continue to help champion the sport of cycling in our home country, while continuing to support cancer research” Weiner added.
In six years, The Ride to Conquer Cancer raised over $175 million across Canada. The annual two-day, 200 km ride in Ontario, BC, Alberta and Quebec draws thousands of participants and brings together communities of survivors, cyclists and supporters who train and fundraise for months in order to participate in The Ride.
In addition to the sponsorship, SUGOI will participate in all four Rides as a team and offers its team members a VIP experience at the finish line along with attire such as, a jersey, beanie, cycling gloves or compression socks upon registration.
Weiner says those who are interested should register today because each Ride is reaching full capacity, and registration will be closing soon.
The Ride to Conquer Cancer will be held in Toronto, June 8-9, Quebec, July 6-7, Calgary, June 22-23 and Vancouver, June 15-16 of this year.
