USA Triathlon, Gatorade Enhance Gold-Level Partnership

New sponsorship deal runs through 2012

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – USA Triathlon and Gatorade today announced that the two multisport industry leaders have agreed to a three-year deal that enhances and expands Gatorade’s position as a Gold-Level partner and the official sports beverage of USA Triathlon through 2012. Gatorade is the longest-tenured corporate sponsor in the history of USA Triathlon, with the relationship dating back more than 10 years.
 
In addition to providing product for each of USA Triathlon’s national championship events, Gatorade will supply G Series Pro Endurance Formula and merchandise annually to a maximum of 85 USA Triathlon-sanctioned events managed by USA Triathlon-certified race directors, including regional championships and qualifier events.

Additionally, Gatorade will deliver product for various USA Triathlon camps and clinics across the country, the U.S. National Team Program, Team USA age-group athletes and USA Paratriathlon camps and clinics.
