Find a hill at least 5 mins long. So you go up the ladder 30/1/2/3/5 and then back down 3/2/1/30. Only do the 5 mins once in the middle. Here’s how it breaks down, and how to utilize the Compex Muscle Stimulator for your warm-up and post-workout recovery.
1. Pre Warm Up

20mins easy jogging.
3. Main Set

Jog down the hill after each interval.
5. Post Workout
